Team Michigan Blue (TMB) is back at the AAU Scholastic Duals this week, formerly known as the Disney Duals. Coach Todd Skinner is in his 19th year with TMB, and he’s bringing another loaded roster.
The All-Star team went 4-0 in pool play, led by 4 undefeated wrestlers (Lucas Christopher of Fenton, Xander Courneya of Brighton, Payton Sampson of Cadillac, and D’Marion Erlenbeck of Clio). As of Thursday, TMB has also gone 3-0 in the All-Star pool. More updates to come!
The developmental squad finished 4-1 through 5 rounds in their pool. Three wrestlers have gone undefated through pool play for the developmental team (Cayden Nostrant of Caledonia, Ayiden Staton of Belleville, and Logan O’Connors of Westland John Glenn).
