These rankings are based on a lot of different factors that include returning placers, qualifiers, and starters. It is also a combination of Dual and Traditional format. I tried to factor in transfers, both in and out, but I only know of a handful. It does not include any incoming Freshman, mainly because I don’t know much about what is coming in and who they are going to. Will have 1A, 2A, and 3A up early next week.
